Dirt King MT PreRunner Kit - 24+ Tacoma

The Dirt King MT Prerunner Kit is a complete suspension package engineered to deliver the ideal blend of aggressive off-road capability and everyday on-road comfort. It includes 2.5" DCA Coilovers, 2.5" DCA Smooth Body Rear Shocks, +1" rear springs, and Billet Upper Control Arms—developed together to ensure the front and rear suspension systems work in perfect sync.

Unlike most manufacturers, Dirt King began by tuning spring rates independently from shock damping to achieve optimal front-to-rear balance and roll control before refining compression and rebound valving. The progressive-rate rear springs enhance bottom-out control, reduce sag under load, and improve payload handling.

Both front and rear shocks feature Dirt King's Dual Compression Adjusters (DCA), with high-speed and low-speed compression knobs for terrain-specific tuning. From trail driving to hauling gear, you’ll get consistent control and comfort both on and off the road.

The Billet UCAs are precision-machined from 6061 aluminum, with improved caster settings, re-engineered pivot angles, and an adjustable inner pivot system. They are available with either maintenance-free SilentSpin bushings or ¾” chromoly rod ends, both paired with heavy-duty Probearing ball joints for strength and articulation.

Billet Upper Control Arms:

• CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum
• Heavy-duty Probearing ball joints
• Adjustable inner pivot system with two options:
  • SilentSpin Bushings – self-lubricating, quiet, maintenance-free
  • ¾” Chromoly Rod Ends – with threaded adjustment sleeves for precise camber/caster
• Improved caster and re-engineered pivot angles for enhanced handling and articulation
• Fully rebuildable and replaceable components

Front Coilovers:

• 2.5" hard-anodized 6061 aluminum shock bodies
• Dual compression adjusters with 10-click settings per knob
• Induction-hardened ¾" shafts for reduced seal drag
• Ride height preset at 2" lift, adjustable between 1" and 2.5"
• Must be paired with aftermarket upper control arms

Rear Shocks:

• 2.5" hard-anodized 6061 aluminum shock bodies
• Remote reservoirs with dual compression adjusters
• 10 clicks of adjustment for high- and low-speed compression
• Induction-hardened ¾" shafts
• Allows up to 3" of rear lift

Rear Springs:

• +1" lift progressive-rate coil springs
• Designed to complement Dirt King rear shock valving
